How can politicians communicate with the public and how can the public communicate with them? Is there a danger of innovative communication methods taking politics away from consultation and debate towards flashy new technology? Are politicians any good at using modern communication?

Star names from the Conservative Party will be debating these points at a "non-geeky" fringe meeting on modern communications on Monday in Bournemouth.
